Lunch on a Friday is a time to enjoy lunch together, and it’s open to anyone and everyone. It’s free and there’s always a warm welcome and good company.
There’s a lovely lunch of soup and sandwiches, with tea, coffee and home-baking or biscuits too. As well as the food, there’s always the chance to have a good blether together.
Sometimes we have a short talk on something we find interesting. We’ve also had a number of outings. We’ve been to Largs for fish and chips, had a visit to the Peoples’ Palace, and had lunch at the Kelvingrove Art Galleries.
We meet on the first and third Friday of each month at 12:30pm in the church hall.
We have not re-started our meetings after the latest Covid-19 restrictions, but if you want to find out more about when we are due to re-start, please contact us on 07743366956 or use our Contact page on this website. (The information on this page tells you what usually happens)
There is a ramp with a handrail for access to the hall and an accessible toilet.
Lunch is free, although you may make a donation to the cost if you prefer to. There’s no need to register or book in advance.
Come along – it would be lovely to see you.
